7.30 - 10.30am Monday to Friday (Open Surgery)
3.30 - 6.00pm Mon, Tues & Wed, (Appointments)
3.00 - 6.00pm Friday (Appointments)
9.00 - 10.30 Saturday (Appointments) - booked appointments only. Emergencies are covered by GRABADOC.

Out Of Hours

Please phone 8319 3030 for urgent visits only. Your call will be dealt with by a member of the Greenwich and Bexley Association of Doctors on Call who will offer you advice, invite you to attend an emergency clinic or arrange a home visit, whichever is the most appropriate to your case. This line can be busy, please hold on if the call is not answered immediately.

IN AN EMERGENCY DIAL 999 and ask for AMBULANCE SERVICE For example those with a suspected heart attack, collapse, haemorrhage, poisoning, electrocution, burns or serious injury. Those with less serious injuries but which might need x-ray of possible broken bones, or cuts which need suture, may be taken direct to the Accident & Emergency Department.

Emergencies

Some emergencies are self evident – collapse, major stroke, haemorrhage, poisoning, electrocution, severe burns, suspected heart attack, major fractures or serious injury all warrant a 999 ambulance.

Other emergencies such as severe abdominal pain, pneumonia, severe headache, worsening asthma, high fever in a young or listless child, all need to be dealt with promptly by a GP.

Less serious problems e.g. earache, minor fevers, coughs & colds, tummy upsets, rashes can usually be dealt with using over-the-counter medicines or waiting for the next available routine surgery and should generally not be presented as emergencies for GPs.

The reception is staffed from:
7.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday
7.00am - 7.00pm Thursday

The telephones are not staffed between 12 noon and 2.00pm.
